I don't see how that libram would increase the healing, since the talent is a static 3% not based on Devo Auras armor bonus
Awesome find right here, would be nice with a confirmation from another player but awesome none the less, +rep.
Btw, stop saying increases healing by 110% because that is wrong, it increases your heal by 10%. But it would be right saying that your now healing 110%, so the header is correct=)
hehlol epic in pve/pvp

Eep - sexy find although i am really pissed now thoughby the time wotlk actually is out , well it will have a 99% of gettign fixed so .. =(.......Although.. if it isnt fixed you still gotta lvl to 80 then use it in raids and blizz will probs scope it by then.

Sorry for removing my names, for the protection of my account. The fact is that any one who puts effort into making something look true, usually can. See "onion news network."
Yes it could be a photoshop, yes it could be a private server. BUT IT'S NOT. Don't believe me? Go test it for yourself. I've posted screenshots that TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY, are able to SOMEWHAT PROVE that what I'm saying is true.
Incorrect.
When a mount increases player movement speed by 100%, are they still at regular movement speed?
Here's that exact same use of 100%
When a spell increases a players heal received by 100%, are they still receiving regular heals?
Saying that your healing spells have "110% effectiveness" would mean that they would heal for 10% more. Saying that your healing spells have been "increased by 110%" would mean that they increase by 110% or exactly what it says.
