I've been in beta Naxx where healers with no special "tricks" or "exploits" we're getting 25k+ crit heals on the tank. Pally got a 32k critical heal when we were clearing Plague Wing trash.

Skeptical of this being anything real.

We've tested it with and with out the libram.

The heals increase by ~110% with the libram equipped.

The heals are normal with another libram equipped.

The heals are normal with a different aura and the libram equipped.

Notice a correlation?

P.S. This is at level 70, not 80.

I figure that level 80 heals would be exponentially higher.
