If your guild is not capable of killing Brutallus in a normal way, then your guild sucks and shouldn't be at Brutallus.

The content in my thread and according to all comments, the stuff you just declared as shit, was used by both Method and Nihilum
when they had problems in their progress.

Nihilum does not do this, I dont see why people keep saying they do. Most sunwell wipes that happen are a guaranteed wipe, and you can generally soulstone key people that are a high chance to die to keep the attempt going, without going to extreme ends of soulstoning the entire raid. It also doesnt work for sunwell to extend past the enrage, since most enrages wipe the raid instantly, or near instantly.

It's not exactly a secret that both Nihilum, Method, and others we're doing this for a long time I don't know why you're even trying to convince anyone otherwise.

Surviving enrages is NOT the point of doing this. The point of doing this is essentially giving everyone a second chance to keep the attempt going if they happen to die. Obviously there are certain fights that are unforgiving to the point of where a death can chain react into something much much worse deeming it completely useless, but MOST fights aren't and can be saved.

This person essentially is showing you guys a way to have an in-game life insurance policy and some of you are acting like it isn't worthy of your eyes on this forum. Wake up IMO.

Ok fist of all. A soulstone goes away if the lock or the ss`ed dude leaves the raid / group. (atleast it used to. maybe they removed it again)
so basicly to peform this "exploit" you have to make the raid like 10 hours before the raid starts.. or so.. depends on how many you wants to SS

2nd... At level 60 times at kel thuzad people didnt use this exploit. they simply leveld locks to level 18.. and ss`ed eachother.. and got other guilds to help SS`ing..

its ALOT easyer to have level 18 lock on standby in the raid group.. relogg him when u need an ss and use it.. Logg of (WITHOUT leaving the group, if you leave.. the ss will go away)

yeah i know that everyone in teh raid can have a level 18 alt lock to ss.. because there wont be room for 50 people in the raid.. but you can have 15 soulstones by doing this.. + the level 70 warlocks that are in teh raid..

its a very old method. and if you are stuck on a hard boss (i would say for praccing illidan or sunwell bosses its worth it)

I couldnt find out wath patch it was from.. coult only find this *Soulstones: Soulstones can no longer be used on targets not in your party or raid. In addition, the soulstone buff will now be removed if the target or caster leaves the party or raid.

I've many times encountered myself having SS of cooldown, but having, let's say 25 min SS buff left from previous login.
This would work.

If you only use one warlock, this will take: 30 min * 25 = 750 min (heeeeeheheeheh :3) (NOTE: Your preparation time will be reduced by 50% in addition for every bonus warlock you have access too.)

750/2 = 375min
375/2 = 175min
175/2 = 87,5/2 = 43,75/2 = 21,875/2 (at this point it alrdy failed cause SS cd =30min...) = 10,9375/2 = 5,46875/2 ................................ = 0,000....0001 or 0,(0)1 amagad with infinitive ammount of locks ^^

so i'd say 1 more lock = 25/2 * 30min less
