Farming this for money seems useless. Maybe if you need mats for skilling up in enchanting.

You farm for you alt or friend - its the best leather agi-footwear up to 50. The ones from Rotgrip in Maura is better, but he is more difficult to get to since you need clear so much to get there, and he is a rarespawn too. Som if you actually are gearing a toon this isnt worthless.
