Another thing I noticed if you wait to log in for like lets say 15-20 secs it helps as you wont just join right back into your BG. I think it helps if someone takes your spot that you just dropped.

Also dont be stupid. Remeber the BG number your on so when you re que you wont re que for that SAME LOSING BG.

it does work. The script can be finnicky because you have to account for lag like people said. So one night 20.05 will work, others 20.00 and so on and so forth. I personally just hit logout and whwne the timer gets down to 1 I hit a macro to leave battleground(). So far doing it manually I leave bgs 100% of the time with no debuff. With the script its hit or miss for me. about 60% successful but requires twaeking
