you can still leave a group in pallisades (or what it's called, the instance in stormwind) to be portet back if you only need it for AH-shopping in the old world.

that's why i wrote what i highlighted now
there aren't too many instances in stormwind

jep it's Stockades then (in german version it was called pallisades before, so i thought maybe its pallisades in en version too

(btw: although i NEVER played a horde twink, i guess there also is an instance near/in a capital you can port yourself out)
