Improved ShS Speed bug 300%

What you need: Rocket Boots Xtreme - Item - World of Warcraft

Steps:
1st Duel a Priest
2nd Tell the priest to cast Mind control on you (4sec cast)
3rd As the mind control casting timer goes down to ~2 secs, use the rocket boots.
4th When the timer hits 0, use ShS on the priest.
5th Wait for the MC debuf to fade.

If it worked correctly, you'll notice that you will be running @ 300% speed, even when the rocket boots' buff fades.

Notice that the bonus speed will be reverted back to normal if you use mount, sprint, ShS, or you just log out/zone.

this in WSG when you have a friend on the other side which is a priest. Capping flags like there is no tomorrow

I've tried multiple times to get this to work, hotfixed? I've tried waiting for MC to fade. Also tried only using ShS on the 3rd MC (deminishing returns) so that the speed buff is still active when MC fades. Also tried trinketing out so speed buff is still there. What am I doing wrong?

According to the directions, I don't have a rogue with boots to test this, you active the boots during the casting of mind control.

You want to activate them when the timer of 4 seconds (the cast duration, not the spell itself) is less than 2 seconds left. RIGHT when mind control finally is casted and the spell goes off, you want to shadowstep to the priest and then the spell is on you after that point.

When Mind Control fades, you should have the permanent 300% speed increase.

Nice post, just wish my rogue had the boots instead of my hunter.
