Okay, well the only thing that is going to work here is the points/gladiator. The gold will no longer work any more as, if the personal rating of a player is 150 points lower then the teams rating, you will get awarded your personal rating's points. There fore buying teams is kinda =/ now.

This don't work anymore because after patch 2.4.2, you can't leave the queue once it pop up and if you don't join the game after it pop, you'll lose your team rating as well as the personal rating.

A few things about arena:

1. Blizzard changed how it figures out what you're queuing against. You now queue for arena at the personal rating of the person queuing(they said it averages, but it currently doesn't). So if you buy 2 2k teams, you have 1500 personal on them, you queue at the 1500's. Effectively, if you win you gain 16pr/16tr first game, and losses would lose 16/16 assuming trading back and forth every game, so no personal rating or team rating change at the end. This eliminates win trading for personal rating.

2. Personal rating now is calculated differently. You now get personal rating based off the personal rating of your opponenets and not their team rating. So if your PR is 1600, and your opponents is 1500 but their team is say 1700, you'd get more team rating for that game than personal rating, something like 19tr/12pr for the game.

3. As stated, if you leave queue after it pops or just don't take it, the game still counts and the game will count as a loss even if you leave/dont take it.

So with just those 3 changes this is near impossible, and it actually is nice as those of us who play high rated games almost daily for fun since we enjoy arena, now don't have to see terrible people sitting at ~2.1k with all blues/greens. So much fun dueling people with full vengeful outside org and IF who didn't have a clue how to play their class since they win traded their entire time doing arenas.

The other thing, if you have 2 2k teams, with pr of 1500, trying to just use 2 teams to do this will not work. Eventually the PR gap between 1500 on the losing team, assuming you quit and rejoin team to reset it, and the winning team will be too far apart to queue against. Not to mention with all those losses the losing teams rating will drop down to 1700-1800 pretty fast. Pretty sure the 1900-2k stretch in pr would be near impossible too, 1-2 pr gained per win against 1500 personal rating players, I think.

So this was possible pre 2.4.2, resulted in a lot of people getting 3day/perma banned and losing all their arena items for the season and any saved points. Not sure but I think they also disbanded all the teams that participated in win trading too. Doing this now, would most likely just get you banned within a week.

And someone posted about gladiator titles, blizzard stated at the start of s3, reqs for getting gladiator, the team must have a minimum of 20 games played, you need to have 20% played of the total games played on the team, your personal rating cannot be more than 100 points below the team rating, however it can be higher. Not to mention, at the end of season 2, blizzard went through and gave 3 day bans to win traders and denied them gladiator titles from the bracket they win traded in. The team that should've got Merciless Gladiator in 2's last season on my BG got suspended and ended up just getting their gladiator title in 3s.

so does this still work exactly how its wrote? i saw my guildie with the 2k team and pr rating and did his 10 games..w/ like crappy gear. and hes not good. so if anyone knows the trick... please enlighten me.
