This sounds exactly like circle boosting in Halo 2. Try using ZoneAlarm or some other program where you can filter out everyone elses IP addresses except WoW's ip, and all of your friends ip's and maybe you dont even need to requeue 10000 times. In fact I might just give that a try right now.
