I solod an elite with 65k hp and i can't say my gear is uber, it's kara/gruul/season 1 level.
No i didn't use potions or any other consumables nor did i fear or used any other cc, my soul leach kept me alive.

I think 21k is not that hard.

But apart from that, a cool trick to annoy some people or to have some fun when you're bored

Has to do with what class you are.

As a rogue i soloed every elite quest in Netherstorm, and most in Shadowmoon...but that's because of my high avoidance and dps.

A lock would have no problem killing these, they're fearable
