This was used in my last Hyjal clear. Humorous to see so much damage by the few Engineer casters we have. I think it may have been hotfixed today though I haven't had it confirmed 100% yet.

Looks to me like they fixed this bug in instances and battlegrounds. Still seems to work in Kalimdor/Azeroth for me though

But I could be wrong..
