Please help! Logon Server Down?

Hii! So, I downloaded the client and repack. I played for a few days and it's a lot of fun! But when I tried to make it public, every time my friends tried to log on, it would say 'Connecting' for awhile. Eventually it stops and says 'Login Server Down.' I downloaded the repack from Spiderwaseem's link to creating the private server. Then I also used his video tutorial on how to make the server public. I have all of my port forwards set, my noip.com ip address is up, and I THINK all of my configs are okay. I could really use some help! The links to the videos I used are below.

This, please post your configuration files (omitting passwords).

Also bear in mind you will have a much better experience with TrinityCore over ArcEmu. ArcEmu hasn't been developed actively in about half a decade.
