Npcs and some quests only kind of working

I just got a 3.3.5a arc private sever running that I use for single player, I play on it with a no install 3.3.5a torrent of wow I found (I've bought all the expansions up to MOP didn't wanna fuss with downgrading though). Anywho everything seems to work fine but I noticed when i got to bloodhoof all the creatures were just standing around, I really noticed when I saw a pack of kodo standing around. Also the quest in bloodhoof where you follow the spirit wolf thing, the wolf spawns and then just stands there so I guess that makes following him pretty easy lol. I have all my settings default and I have all the dbc,maps and vmap files, seems like all the way points are missing.

Suggestions?

Use TrinityCore 3.3.5a it has everything working mostly, whereas ArcEmu was never particularly good and has not been worked on for many years now.
