fix death knight's on WoW

hello, does anyone know how to fix dk's bugs on a private server patch 3.3.5a using heidiSQL.

fhe bug is that DK's can't talk in chat, following error appears "You cannot speak that language".

if anyone have had same bug and knows how to fix it please let me know and explain how. thanks

Is it a repack? Or fresh compile.

Do you have custom patches?
