Okay, I'm having major issues with FusionCMS. So me and my friend are opening a server, we have it currently running through no-ip. we have about 300+ accounts made so far, and we bought a domain through Hostpapa a few days ago. We then bought FusionCMS with the RTK theme. After uploading fusionCMs to the webhost, we went to our new domain, and filled in everything for the FusionCMS installer, but I have a few questions and just some scenarios.


First of all Realmlist, Right now we are still running through a no-ip realmlist, but for the FusionCMS installer on the NEW website, do i put the no-ip server? Or a new Realmlist for the new Website?


Secondly, The Database tab, for the Hostname of the logon and website databases, i put our new domain link, but when i clicked next step, i got this error: "CMS database connection failed:
Host 'hp137.hostpapa.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' . I have no idea what this means, so I try something else.

Keep in mind, i do have mysql running this whole time. The server is currently being hosted on my laptop, not a vps.

For the Hostnames this time i put in our no-ip dns. This time i get the Error: "CMS database connection failed: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'servername.no-ip.biz' (110)

I also even try to put in my actual network ip from whatismyip.com, and then i get the error: CMS database connection failed: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'IP' (110)
