Help setting up a server.

Hello! So long story short, awhile back my friend gave me control over a private server named "Uber-WoW", yes the big one, but soon after all the admins and GM's split up and there was nothing I could do about it. Now I want to revamp it and bring the server back, but I have no idea how to setup the server, setup a website or any of that, alls I am is a good leader and I know basic things about starting a server.

What I'm looking for here is a partner or two to help me create a server, the server is at my expense, I am paying for a dedicated server and website, I just need someone to help me run it and build it and even a guider to tell me how to setup a private server on a dedicated server and how to keep it updated and everything.
