Can I have some help setting up a server?

I've looked around and can't seem to find much, trying to set up a Cata re-pack.

Cata repacks / emulators in general are completely buggy at the moment, the two I can think of off the top of my head is CactusEMU and there's another one in general releases of this site, CataEMU. Reports i've heard about them suggest you can't cast spells on them as they're still parsing opcodes.
