"Accessing game server..." Problem

Hi!, I just finished making my wow trinity core server and then putting it online with no-ip and after checking that it works perfectly, the realmist I told some friends and I record them in the database and they connect fine but when choosing the kingdom, there is only one, he says "accessing the game server..." and returns them to the list of realms and they can't enter.
What I can do?
I can think of nothing to do, I did everything and nothing works

I think it is either:

1) Worldserver is not running.
2) Realm is not set up correctly (make sure you set realmlist in the database)
3) Port for worldserver is not open.

2) Yes, the wow's realmlist is set up correctly and the database either.
3) All of ports are open.

If you are trying to connect to the server from the computer it is being hosted on, then you need to have multiple realms.

You need a realm that has localhost to play on the same computer as the realm is being hosted on.
You need a realm with your internal IP for others on the same internet connection to connect.
You need a realm with your external IP for others to connect.

I can play on the computer host and i use a no-ip dns to connect other computers and they connect to me but when they choose kingdom, it happens.
