I am currently in need of a compiler, to compile the 5.0.1 Fabi-Strawberry core. If you can help, please post below.

Also need to know how to port foward for it, what the ports are.

Typically, the ports needed to be forwarded for all emulators are as follows:

8129 - 8129
8130 - 8130
8093 - 8093
3724 - 3724
3727 - 3727
80 - 80

If you'd look through the files, you'd notice that you need VS2010 or VS11.
