I can not connect with Arcemu

Hi there, I'm not sure if this will work, but you may want to edit this line

<LogonDatabase Hostname = "leuova.servegame.com"

to

<LogonDatabase Hostname = "127.0.0.1"

Also: Check if your RemotePasswords are the same in logon.conf and world.conf. ( the password is "root" in this case )

If you are still stucked I say editing

             AllowedIPs = "leuova.servegame.com/24"
                       AllowedModIPs = "leuova.servegame.com/24">

TO

             AllowedIPs = "127.0.0.1/24"
                       AllowedModIPs = "127.0.0.1/24">

also worths a try. Hope you will get it working.

How do I put it on line with no-ip?

As I know it's enough if you put your IP into your realm.conf. I mean this part:

<Realm1 Name = "Key to Play"
	Address = "79.45.**.***:8129" 
	Icon = "PVP"
	Population = "1.0"
	TimeZone = "1">

That should make it public. Try the things I wrote before
