    Same here , it was working again for a while but its blocked again.

    I can see the problem lies with tinet.net because that's where the latency jumps, it's probably responsible for the overseas communications. Unfortunately, my expertise is limited in this field. Personally, I would try using a proxy server for the time being, or informing tinet.net of the problem and seeing how they respond.

    If it´s really blocked, try to use CyberGhost.
    It´s posible to get an IP from different countries.

    This isn't the problem. Last hop has already reached Hivelocitys servers in Tampa Bay which seems to host Ownedcore from what I can see (at least they own the IP-adress for the hosting server). So it's either blocked in their network or in the Ownedcore server/firewall. The large increase in latency is probably just the increased latency from transporting it between europe and the US that you also noted.
