Trinity Web not showing avatars

Hello. Me and a few friends are setting up a private server and we're using trinity web. It's working just fine but when we select our avatars there just blank on the forums. ] Also is there a way to set GM avatars?

Maybe avatars is too big, or file is corupted, or ur web fails at life :]

This is all one site package. It's meant to generate them automatically like on blizz forums.

You need to upload all the avatars to the folder /new-hp/images/forum/portraits/wow-80/0-10-8.gif because it can't find that file.

Thanks that worked a folder was named wrong.
