DBC Editing; item_extended cost Help

I didn't want to necro up a three year old guide, but I used this guide:

and followed the directions exactly (with arcemu so what it says to do in the 'items' table I ended up doing in the 'item_extendedcost' table). However, when I do '.npc vendoradditem 96526 1 92000' in game I get 'You've entered invalid item extended cost ID'.

In the actual 'item_extendedcost' table I have item: 96526 and cost: 92000 even.

Of course, I'm restarting the server every time I change something around. In CSVed, I even tried adding zeroes where guide said for it to be left blank. I've followed the guide exactly as far I can see and tweaked it several different ways and turned it back to the original.

The root problem is that my server isn't recognizing the items_extended cost ID of 92000 for some reason. Screenshots below. Please help! Thanks

UPDATE: I checked some normal vendors who use items_extendedcost and they are also giving up their items for free. So it seems that the entire items_extendedcost isn't working on my server. How can this be? As the screenshots indicate, they are programmed into the DBC file.
