    [Help :(] DBC Editing

This subject confuses me oh so much :P

Whenever trying to mount swap one of my mounts into a tiger, it comes out TOO small. I was told by Yama that I needed to DBC Edit to fix the size of the cat, but I can't figure out how and I've tried using guides and that doesn't work for me. Here's a screenshot of what the mount looks like after swapping it.

Now I've tried almost every DBC editing guide out there and none have helped me.

Any suggestions or can anyone give me a step by step on how to fix this?
