    redo your SQL db. and maybe thats a dbc problem. i mean try to get from another repack folder "dbc" . if that not helps get another arcemu-world.exe from another repack as easy

    This looks like a core issue, try and re-compile.

    @Above, that will not work as some DBC's are for a different version as for the world.exe
