[ArcEmu] Scaled Mounts Issue

Hey there MMOwned community,

I'm having a small issue, and I've tried nearly everything I could think of to fix this bug. Basically what it is is all Scaling mounts bug Celestial Steed are not working properly. By this I mean either they give you two buffs: One either with a 0% mount speed, or just the name of the mount, and another buff which is the buff actually used for the mount (meaning, 100% Mount Speed, and 280/310% flying speed). If you right click either buff, it crashes your WoW client.

Things I've tried to fix this issue:
~Put in a hackfix.cpp giving it the correct buff, which got the mount actually working (it gave the correct second buff). However, I can't get rid of the second buff.
~Created a Lua file for them, however the Celestial Steed one only worked, not the ones for all the others.
~Put in new SQLs for them, didn't work, and put the old ones back. (If someone wants to re-write ArcEmu SQLs for every mount, I'd love you even if they don't fix the problem)
