Problem starting up server

Hi , when i try to start up the server this is what happens .

I am using the grim 3.3.5 repack. My firewall was off during the start.

Something is using port 3724. In all your configs, where the area is 3724 change it to 3725 then port forward port 3725. that should work. if not, let us know what your next issue is or message me on msn @ [email protected]
