How do you make custom weapons work?

Hey guys, I just want to know how to make my custom weapons work. I have tried every TuT about it, those free slots for new custom weapons doesn't work for me, I have ArcEmu I don't think that changes it. I don't really want to go deleting weapons from the database to be replace them with the custom weapons, please help me >.<

I see it says Ascent, will that help for arcemu?

i downloaded the arcemu version. just says Unknown column 'name2' in 'field list'
says that when i try to make a weapon. Any ideas?

Just open your world database > go into the items table and add the info there, make sure you use an unused blizzard item ID or else it won't work, maybe use an already used item ID, or check the DBC's for an unused one.
