How do you make custom npcs?

its been so long sence ive made my own private server and forgot some stuff
like how to make a custom npc hope somone can help me out

Go to http://wow-v.com/
Register, go to create at the top.
Click Mob/NPC.
Then it basically explains everything from there, or is self explanatory!
Also, the search tool is really helpful :]

Thats probably the easiest way to make an npc.
