ad.exe fails to work for mangos

The ad.exe for mangos latest version rev 9999 gets stuck at 45%

Do any error messages pop up?
Or does it just stop?

If your running vista rightclick it and select run as administrator. If it still doesn't work download one from the internet. Or download a 3.3.3 mangos map folder

I tried that with Windows 7 and does not work, same situation, stops at 45% but also i got some messages saying:

Can't find area flag for areaid 2304.

Can't find area flag for areaid 1536.

Can't find area flag for areaid 462.

Can't find area flag for areaid 1568.

Then says Processing.....................45% and its been like that for hours as i have been waiting.

I don't know what my ad.exe came from but it was downloaded at some forum post which was talking about arcemu and stuff, i have been following all the tutorials for arcemu and ad.exe is the only map extractor out there.

Looks like you have the wrong ad.exe a outdated one or one for another emu. Google mangos latest ad.exe and get that.
