[Lua] Divine Shield/Ice Block fix

Hey, I'm running an ArcEmu 2.4.3 server, and Divine Shield and Ice Block are dispellable by Dispel Magic for some reason... was wondering if someone could make a script that changes Divine Shield and Ice Block to register as 'physical' buffs. :wiggle:

This requires a core edit/spell fix (which would be C++) rather than Lua.
