[ArcEmu]adding items and no heroic

Hey all. i have a Problem when adding items to players or to myself...or other Gms adding it to them self it Adds to Many What Can i Do here my DB is An Acremu one but im useing the fusion 3.2.2 repack.
i know there is no way to fix bugs but there has to be something i can do. also im new to this whole fix bugs on the server yourself thing... so i was also wondering how i can make it so there is heroics on the server because at the moment there isnt. thanks for your help in advanced also +rep to who ever helps
