    i need some help...... so i got an account locked and need to retrieve it..... but i need to send a notarized form... any way 2 fake it? like photoshop a stamp?

    It'd be incredibly difficult, but possible. And highly, highly illegal. Faking ID is one thing; faking government papers is a federal offense.
