ArcEmu and IRC

I'm looking to port over MangChat to ArcEmu so i can talk between the game chat and the irc channel.

if anybody would know how to do this or would like to help me. i'd appreciate it. i'm not well versed in C++.

i also heard that back in the day Aspire had something like this. if anybody would know where to get a copy?
