MySql Stopped Working

Hi guys i have an problem here ... when i am at the end of the installation of Mysql 5.1 MSI installator and i begin to execute ... it stop working ... i don t know why ... i also have norton 360 but i haven t it on the firewall list ... i ll put here some screens about it so u guys can help me clearly ...

Yep i tryed it ... but nothing

Ok sry for Doublepost but finally i ve got it to work but again another error ... i have firewall always turned off so maybe something is with vista? i also downloaded the latest MySql 5.5

Your configuration may be wrong, try and use the password you previously set.

Hmmmm strange ... i installed it on my 2nd PC win 7 intel 2 quad ... and it works ... maybe the problem is vista

Its because you had a previous version of MySQL installed and its trying to use that configuration.

Yes i know but i uninstalled that service ( Regedit ) but when i try to install it want the previous pass ... but i already deleted everything about MySql

You should have just run the uninstall tool, just sayin'.
