MySQL wont work!

When i installed MySQL and started configure, then at end at "Execute" it cant do the last thing
The secury settings could not be applied
Error number 2003.
Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)

When i installed MySQL (http://www.mmowned.com/forums/emulat...l-picutre.html) and press Configure MySQL Now, it just shut down! AKA cant configure ;s

Click start---> all programs and then pick MYSQL
and choose MYSQL configuration manager
