"The application was unable to start correctly"

Every time I run the logonserver or worldserver I always get this error:

So I figured "I probably need .NET framework." I installed it and nothing changed ( Windows 7 comes with net framework anyways ).
So I needed to find out if it's a problem with the way i compiled it or a problem within my OS.

So I tried running one of my older compiles and those did not get the error.

    TL;DR:
I try booting up my emulator and I get that error you see in the picture above. Tried running an older emulator and that one did not get the error.

Check that your Libeay.dll and Libmysql.dlls are in your World folder, Try updating your framework. If not try recompiling world and logon.

If not, im not sure. I don't use Win7 so that might be the problem.

Windows 7 ain't the problem. I used an old emulator and i did not get that error.

I am trying a slightly older revision. Thanks for your reply though.
