'Speed buff' doesnt work

When i spawn the Speed Buff object from WSG on my server, and i try to run in it to get the 100% speed buff i doesnt get it
will give +Rep if someone help me.

This only works in WSG becuase in the server core(C++) it makes it so when you go near the obj it gives you the buff and despawns the obj. What you can do instead is create a obj with a type of '22' and give it the same displayid of the power up, then just make it cast the spell.
