MySQL Problems (Using Hamachi)

I have experience with Arcemu and other repacks but i can't seem to figure out what is causing my problem.

I have done all the steps correctly and i am getting problems with connecting to my DB, I have all the info in correctly and it says " Access denied for user "root@localhost" (Using password: YES)" and no matter what i do with the Config files it just won't work.

If anyone has any info or can help me with this problem i would be entirely great full.

Basically the SQL password you are using is not correct for whatever reason.
Try:
Username
Password

root
(no password - leave blank)

root
ascent

root
root

And if none of them work I have no idea what it could be.

Your not doing anything wrong apart from getting the password wrong. It's like when you login to WoW, it will say incorrect login info if you don't type it in right. SQL is doing for same thing for you, telling you the password is wrong.

It says i'm using the right password but it just says Access Denied for some reason.

That error message means the password is wrong, trust me. Try google'ing it if you don't believe me.
