Server Listing thread acceptances

Not to be a bother, but I haven't seen the "Server Listings" updated in awhile. Is there a set time when people look through the threads in there, or does someone do it when they feel like it? I would like to know because I recently posted a thread there, and it's been about a week. (Don't quote me on that, I can't remember which day i posted it. Summer does that to you.)
