C++/Dev C++ Question

Ive noticed that echeloned WoW uses some sort of programming for there content like when you talk in announce it says something like:

EchelonedWoW Donor: if your a Donor

or

EchelonedWoW Donor-Min: if your donor min

or

EchelonedWoW Administrator: if your an admin and so on.

and i also notice that they have some commands blocked off from regular players and there's a message that appears when u try to use the forbidden command. What i want to know is, how exactly did they do that stuff?

It's c++ scripting, If you wanna learn how to do it I suggest you check out some tutorials about it. It's not that easy to learn though

You could have some kind of flag in a custom table. That kind of script would take some time to make and i wouldn't recommend doing it if you are new to programming.
