PVP zone to neutral zone for pt

Hey, i used the search but no results -.- I want to make a small pt for hord and alliance together, but i dont want them to attack each other, so is there a way to change the zone attributes that they cannot attack each other anymore?

This depends on Repack/Self Compiled Core, DataBase and wich area =)
If you could add this i sure will try to help out =D

ArcEmu self compiled, the area hmm dont know lets take anything for example lets say something in westfall or so (first wanna know if its possible then i chose the area for the pt o_O)
