Trying to create FFA PVP zones

ok im having a problem trying to create a full FFA pvp server... where alliance can kill alliance and horde, and horde can kill horde and alliance...
I followed that guide that uses DBC Editor to edit "AreaTable.dbc"

So i've changed field 4 for Elwinn Forest and WestFall (and all its subzones) to "208" (wich is the number found at Battle Ring Field 4, the Gurubashi Arena ffa pvp zone)
That didnt work at all, alliance friend continues as green name and cant be attacked.

Then i did the same thing but changed the field4 of those locations to 17536, thats the number of Arena Floor at Nagrand Arena.
same thing.... cant attack same faction..
Any ideas? Please help!
