Need help from someone with a verified paypal, will pay

Basically someone will send me $50 but since I don't have a paypal I need someone else with a verified one to recieve the money.

After that they need to buy a code worth 36$, and can keep the other $14 for themselves.

That's it, no strings attached.

I would like someone well known for this, since the potential of me getting scammed is quite high, and I want someone trustworthy to trust 50$ with.

They won't report it, because they themselves are doing something illegal.
