Doesn't look like you have a logon or character database at all (maybe not even a world).

You can download the logon/character database at: svn://arcemu.info/svn/trunk/sql

This is an SVN repository. I have a guide about importing the character and logon database for Hearthstone. I will link it, just follow it because it is pretty much the same thing

He does have a logon Database. Else the Realms wouldn't be registered I believe. But you are probably right that he is missing the World Database.

I have the world db. I found the problem, WhyDB sucks. I just switched to RivalDB and problem fixed
