Weapon Status Problem

Hey. anyone know if there is a fix for the Weapon Status Problem. here is what i have, a server with the max level 255 but the weapon skill only gos to 450 so you cant hit the other custom mobs that are level 100+. So i was hopping there is a fix or some thing or maybe you could tell me how to fix it.

Thats a Core Problem.
You probably can't fix it, without having C++ Knowledge.
