    [HELP] Char creation question

    Hi. I was wondering if anyone knows how to make it so, when you make a char any race any class, they know swords and can duel wield, Also make it so wep skills level faster, or to just get rid of wep skills, Anyone know how to do these things or know a guild that says how?
