MySQL connection error

Im trying to set up my MySQL connection and when i try to connect I get a error saying 2003-Can't connect to MySQL server on < IP > (10060) I am a noob to all of this stuff please help.

you sure the service is started?

run the config wizard again and make sure your using the 127.0.0.1 ip

I can connect but i have another problem :/ when connect to MySQL from the server in the AC repack im now getting errors there and it aborts.

I am getting the same error. Could someone please help. +2rep to the person who solves the problem.

EDIT: I had a different MySQL on my computer, I uninstalled it and my AC MySQL worked perfect.
