Mangos Scripts?

Hello!
Some days ago I downloaded a 1.12.1 mangos repack to play Oldschool WoW.
I have never used Mangos, only Arcemu server before.
How do I make scripts and add them to the server on Mangos?
On Arcemu it's just to save them in Lua and put them in a Script folder but Mangos doesn't have that folder.
For example, how do I make/script a teleporter?

You code it in c++ and compile. Eg you cant do it with a repack, expect if you find some existing already compiled script..
