[request] Tabard token

I wish to make a tabard display ID 31676 into a tabard and a token that stacks in lots of 500 if possible. Meaning that you can wear it and it has stat increasers as well as use as a token to buy stuff. I would also like to make it dropped from an NPC from my database entry ID 91111.

Would be appreciated if I could get some pointers or if someone could make it for me. And of course all the credit would go to your for helping me or making it.

Arcemu/hearthstone/mangos/else ?
what stats need to be in the tabard?
for ascent ones:
select * from items where entry = 35280
copy the structure, change name1, displayid, maxcount, stat_type1-4, stat_value1-4..

Oh sorry forgot to add that.
DB is ArcEMU 8.0
and the stats to go on the tabard can be anything to give it gust a small boost to stats.
